Creative Scotland (formally the Scottish Arts Council) offers this year again the Edwin Morgan Translation Fellowship for a professional literary translator of British literature (preferably Scottish) into their native language. The fellowship is worth £3695, as it covers the course and accommodation fee to attend the course ‘Text and Context: British and Irish Literature from 1900 to the Present’ at the Scottish Universities’ International Summer School (SUISS) at Edinburgh University from 11 July to 20 August 2011.
The closing date for the Fellowship is 31 March and the Text and Context application form can be downloaded from the SUISS (http://www NULL.summer-school NULL.hss NULL.ed NULL.ac NULL.uk/suiss) website, where further information about the programme can also be found.
