Bulgaria
The National Culture Fund, Bulgaria, has announced a call for proposals for translation grants whose purpose is to support international publishers in translating and publishing Bulgarian literature. The grants will contribute to the translation, publishing and marketing costs for translations from Bulgarian.
The programme is open to proposals by international publishers. Applications can be submitted in English via the online application platform. Slovenia
Publishers from EU countries can apply for a fixed sum of €5,398.48 towards the costs of rights acquisition, translation, production (design, printing) and promotion of works of Slovenian literature.
The deadline for submissions is October 28, 2022, for translations published between March 16 and September 30, 2023.
